赵明福民主促进会主席黄业华今日在新闻发布会上指出，如果阿占巴基成功交出5个人，赵明福民主促进会将发动全国筹款，每人将获得66万令吉赔偿，总共330万令吉。

他说，希盟于2022年重新执政以来，总检察署已经透过希盟政府领袖向赵家提出进一步金钱赔偿的建议，但赵明福家属当时已一口拒绝。
他强调，赵家要求的是真相和正义，依法对犯人提控及使其承担法律惩罚。
他指出，赵明福民主促进会是个尊重人权，绝不苟同人命可以金钱代替的公民组织。
“按照这样的逻辑和模式，赵明福民主促进会呼吁阿占巴基即刻交出涉案的5名官员，即希山幕丁哈欣、莫哈末安努亚、海鲁依汉、莫哈末阿斯拉夫及祖基菲里阿兹。”
“我们也愿意继续筹措慰间金给反贪会5人的家属，具体数目有待确定。”
他说，一旦完成所有程序，赵明福民主促进会将对反贪会5人家属的痛苦鞠躬道歉。
